TurnerPatterson negotiates licensing deal to create women's merchandise for popular television series Girlfriends

BIS DESIGNS TO CREATE WOMEN'S MERCHANDISE FOR POPULAR PARAMOUNT PICTURES TELEVISION SERIES GIRLFRIENDS

Los Angeles Oct 26, 2004 TurnerPatterson, a leader in the development, marketing and licensing of products targeting the multi-cultural community, under agreement with Viacom Consumer Products has negotiated a licensing deal with Bis Designs to create women's merchandise for the popular television series, GIRLFRIENDS on UPN.

Bis Designs was founded in 1986 by entrepreneurs Albert Gray and designer Debra Ward. Bis Designs is famous for dressing high-profile clients such as Oprah Winfrey, Madonna, Julia Roberts, Roberta Flack, Danny Glover, Robert DeNiro, Nia Long and Susan L Taylor.

Bis Designs will create, manufacture and nationally distribute GIRLFRIENDS branded women's apparel, accessories and bath & body product merchandise. Partnering with Bis Designs brings designer Debra Ward's incredible talents in the fashion industry to the product line. GIRLFRIENDS apparel is scheduled to make its local debut in Chicago in the Bis Designs Boutique located on Chicago's Gold Coast for Holiday 2004, with a national launch scheduled for Fall 2005.
